All orders shipped from our warehouse in California!

Orders leave our warehouse 1-2 business days from when you order, then an additional 3-6 business days are required for delivery. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

Domestic (USPS first-class package):

• $0.00–$19.99: $5.99
• $19.99–$29.99: $6.99 USD

Ground Shipping (4-6 business days):

• $30.00–$59.99: $9.99 USD
• $60 and over: FREE 

Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Annie & Addie with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through during its journey to your home!

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags. Please contact us before returning any item to ensure a smooth process.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs & Shipping Protection are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a refund notification. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Once receive the above info we will:

• If the item is in stock, we will prioritize reshipping the product to you.
• If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in the form of store credit.

Yes, we provide a size chart for your reference on our website. You can access it at Size Chart. Our products are generally true to size, but we suggest choosing a size up if your child falls in between sizes, as kids tend to grow quickly.

Yes! For an addition $2.50 we will drop ship your order straight to your customer. Please add Drop ship my order to you cart.

HOW TO DROP SHIP

1. Add  "Drop Ship My Order" item to your cart with the items you want to drop ship.
2. Type your customer's address in the shipping address section at checkout.
3. Put your Email,  NOT your customers. We send email updates on tracking with our company name on it so please don't give us your customer's email.
4.  Put your address in the billing section. it's that easy!

Drop Shipping is an added service. We charge a small fee as your order will require added attention from our team to make sure everything is done correctly.  We do not send packing slips or anything with our company name anywhere in or anywhere on the package. 

PLEASE NOTE

Our product pictures are free to use. That is the picture on the item page with the clothes pictured only. Ones with kids or other people in them, customer pictures, pictures with our name or logo, or videos/ pictures on our social media platforms are not to be used. You cannot use them they are the property of Annie and Addie Children's Boutique.
